Courtesy of Valorant Americas, we are getting a banger of a match today. Besides the 100T vs Leviatan match, we have the NA Led Evil Genuises facing off the host of VCT LOCK IN, LOUD. LOUD is looking dominant and many people have already called it one of the best teams in the world alongside Fnatic and DRX. This match-up will be the toughest mountain to climb for the Evil Genuises since they are in the second to last position on the scoreboard and desperately need a win.
Will Evil Genuises be the First Team to Beat LOUD in Valorant Americas?

Evil Genuises fundamentally have good players, they either get really unlucky or lack better team communication in certain aspects. That is a reason why they have been so unsuccessful so far. However, the latest substitute Demon1 has given hope to EG since his Jett plays have been really fun to look at. Their teamplay looked better and improved vs the match with KRU and they almost defeated Furia who has improved a lot.
This will be their fifth match in the tournament and it is a must-win. However, it is against LOUD. The most dominant team in the Americas region. They have not lost a single match in the tournament and are at the top of the points table. Their team play is spectacular, their entry work is beautiful and their defense is immaculate. This will be a tall task for EG. Let us look at the potential rosters for both.
LOUD
- Aspas
- Cauanzin
- Saadhak
- Less
- Tuyz
EG
- Jawgemo
- C0m
- Demon1
- Ethan
- Boostio

These teams have not faced each other before so expect some new and bold strategies to come out of either side. EG has won one out of their last five matches while LOUD has lost one out of their last five matches. The difference cannot be more subtle. We predict LOUD is going to take this series 2-0. We think so because they almost beat Fnatic at LOCK IN while they continue dominating the Americas team. This series will be a good matchup for sure.
