This error is a recurring one in the game since its beta days. The Feature error is due to your graphics card drivers that may need a reinstall or an update. Before you update them though you need to uninstall the Riot Vanguard. Riot Vanguard is Riot Games’ custom game security software, designed to uphold the highest levels of competitive integrity. Do not worry this particular softwe will easily be installed again once you reinstall the game. Below are the steps to fix the issue. Follow them completely and hopefully at the end you will no longer get the DX11 Feature Level 10.0 Is Required to Run the Engine Error in Valorant.
Steps to be followed –
- Uninstall Riot Vanguard –
- Click on the Windows Start Menu
- Search “Add or Remove Programs”
- Open the first result.
- In the new menu, search for “Riot Vanguard.”
- Click on the Riot Vanguard icon and click “Uninstall.”
- Confirm the uninstallation.
- Update your Graphic Card Drivers –
By right clicking on windows desktop you need to open whichever graphic card driver you have. From their you need to update the software to the latest version there is.
- Restart your computer –
After the above two steps, restart your computer and open the game. It will take a few seconds to download the Riot Vanguard again and you are done. The issue is fixed and you hopefully will not face it again.
