There will be two phases in the beta phase. One will be the July phase and the next one is the October phase. People can enroll from April 25-28. There will be weekly matches from April 29th to May 20. Now, the playoff tournament for this phase will begin on May 21. Here is Riot’s official checklist for enrolling in the beta.
- You need to verify two conditions in order to be eligible to create or join a Premier team:
- Identity – Through account verification via SMS verification
- MMR – By finishing your placements at any point in your account lifetime
- If you’ve already completed placements, you will automatically skip to the next step and just see the option to “CREATE A TEAM”.
Anyone can play in this premier but you cannot join more than one team. This beta will be really important for the life cycle of Valorant because it will help Riot acquire new talent to play their game for EVERY region.
