Vince McMahon upset with Randy Orton and Tommaso Ciampa’s Twitter feud

Vince McMahon upset with Randy Orton and Tommaso Ciampa’s Twitter feud. The pair went at each other after NXT TakeOver.

WWE Superstar Randy Orton and NXT stalwart Tommaso Ciampa have sparked a war of words with each other on Twitter. The argument began when the Viper appeared to make fun of NXT wrestlers who slap their legs during matches.

Ciampa responded by suggesting that Orton’s matches were so boring it worked better than Nyquil at putting his daughter to sleep.

Orton had to get the last word and called Ciampa a “self-appointed” locker room leader of a “wrestling school,”

Vince McMahon however, isn’t very happy with the development. However, it is not because of Orton divulging industry secrets so openly on a social media platform but because he has no plans to ever feature a match between the pair.

“For those of you who may not know there are rules and then there’s Vince,” Bryan Alvarez said on Tuesday’s edition of Wrestling Observer Live. “Vince hates it when guys or women or whatever do something that teases a match that he’s not gonna do, but if he starts booking something that doesn’t pay off it’s totally fine. There’s a different set of rules.”

Archie is a WWE and UFC Editor/Author at the SportsRush. Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
