Virat Kohli credits Anushka Sharma for his success

Virat Kohli is making it hard for writers to come up with new superlatives to describe him. His utter hunger to score runs and his sheer domination over the cricketing world at this stage makes you wonder if all this is real; that’s the power of the man and the power of his art with the willow.

Kohli has had a phenomenal series in South Africa, scoring runs for fun and answering his critics in the best possible way, using his willow to do all the talking.

Kohli has already amassed 800 International runs this year, scoring heavily during the Test and the ODI series.

Kohli was awarded the Man of the series for his performances in the ODI series, wherein he scored 3 hundreds, all of which led to an Indian win.

“People who contribute off the field they deserve a lot of credit as well. My wife who keeps me motivated deserves a lot of credit. She’s been criticized a lot in the past. But she’s one person who’s kept me going throughout the tour.”

Virat Kohli, who got married in December last year has been drawing a lot of motivation from his wife, someone who supports him day in and day out to help him become the player that he is today.
