Virat Kohli and Co. are all pumped up and confident as ever after their 85-run win against Bangladesh in the second Warm-up match on Tuesday. There were quite a few things that went right, quite a few questions that were answered. The massive positive was the ever debatable no.4 spot in the batting order. With KL Rahul scoring a magnificent century, the spot has now been sealed for sure. The spinning duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal were also amongst the wickets, picking up 3 wickets each.
However, in Southampton, ahead of the net sessions, Team India was seem involved in some fielding drills under the leadership of their fielding coach, R. Sridhar. The players were seen aiming the stumps after balls being hit at them akin a batsman would do during the match.
Virat Kohli- The bowler
Indian skipper, was on the other hand was seen doing not what he often does. The 30-year-old was seen bowling some of his ‘never seen before’ off-spinners ahead of the net sessions.
Kohli, perhaps took some time out to roll his arms over, before getting geared up and sweating it out in the nets with the batting session. Strangely, Kohli was seen bowling the off-spinners instead of the medium pacers, which he has bowled at times in International Cricket.
