WATCH: Esteban Ocon launches attack on Max Verstappen
Max Verstappen and Esteban Ocon were involved in a super ugly altercation post the race, with Max going upto Ocon and pushing him multiple times for the collision that the duo had during the race here in Brazil.
Ocon was visibly taken aback by Max’s actions and has now asked the FIA to look into Max’s actions as they were totally uncalled for.
Ocon revealed that Max wanted to punch him and felt that he had the right to go for that move as he was a little faster than Max there.

“I was behind Max for two laps. On the first lap, I was a lot faster, and on the second lap, I was a lot faster. The rules say you are allowed to unlap yourself so that’s what I did.” he said.
“I went round the outside; it was the same move I did on Alonso, and on other drivers as I worked my way back up the field, but it didn’t work out the same way.
“I was really surprised by the behaviour of Max, afterwards, with the FIA having to intervene. He pushed me and wanted to punch me and that is not professional.
“I’m used to the fights with Max. He’s always been the same. It goes back a few years.” he added.
Max in his post race interview said that Ocon was a prick and Horner too has launched an attack on the Force India driver.
Ocon emphasised on the FIA taking strict actions against Max for his behaviour.
“What I’m really surprised [about] is the behaviour of Max,” said Ocon.
:Coming into the scales [area], the FIA need to stop him from being violent, pushing me, wanting to push me, that is not professional.” he added.
