WATCH: Manish Pandey takes a stunning catch at the boundary to dismiss Peter Handscomb
A lot of questions have been asked about Manish Pandey’s form or the lack of it during this series, as he has been struggling for runs and hasn’t really helped India kick-on during the middle overs.
He would be vying for a huge knock tonight in order to cement his place in the Indian ODI setup but he has already shown his utility in the field today by taking a stunning catch at the boundary.
Peter Handscomb and Travis Head were trying to up the ante during the end overs and thus Handscomb lofted the ball, hoping to clear the ropes, but Manish Pandey at the boundary pulled off the perfect ‘balancing act’ to complete a juggling catch.
Having done it a lot for KKR in the IPL, Manish Pandey is not new to the boundary juggling catches, but this one was done with immense composure.
Pandey judged his distance from the boundary to perfection, and as he was about to tumble over, threw the ball up in the air and then came back into the playing field to complete fine athletic catch.

India have begun their chase and would be hoping that one out of Rahane, Rohit and Kohli can kick on and score a huge one tonight.
