WATCH : MS Dhoni drops a catch in the 3rd T20 against Sri Lanka
India and Sri Lanka faced each other in the third and final T20I in Mumbai today. After putting Lanka into bat, India struck early as they picked up three wickets in the opening six overs.
Unadkat took two early wickets, while youngster Sundar picked up the other as Lanka lost their top three in next to no time.
Rohit then brought in his star spinner Kuldeep Yadav, in an attempt to pick up another few wickets.
Yadav’s first over was was eventful, as there were close appeals as well as a dropped catch.
Yadav deceived the batsman, who could only manage to edge the ball towards Dhoni. But for once, Mahi could not hold on as the wicket-keeper spurned a very difficult catch.
Dhoni looked a bit disappointed, as he did not match his usually brilliant standards. Yadav looked more bemused than disappointed, as he almost expected Dhoni to pull out miraculous dismissal.
