WATCH: MS Dhoni hits Mohit Sharma out of the ground
CSK’s hopes of chasing down that humongous target down hinged on MS Dhoni and despite suffering from some back spasms, MS Dhoni found in himself the strength to muscle Mohit Sharma for a massive six over cow-corner.
In the 18th over, CSK still needed 55 runs to get over the line and it was time for MS Dhoni to tee off. He had taken his time initially but it was time to launch and MS was up for it.
Mohit Sharma did get the first two deliveries right, but then MS Dhoni got one in his slot and muscled it with his wrists to send the ball flying over mid wicket for a huge six.

Match Situation
CSK need 35 runs in 10 balls, and Dhoni and Bravo will have to hit a few maximums in order to get CSK over the line.
KXIP managed to score 197 in the first innings and CSK were up against it from ball one. Watson though was dismissed early and CSK couldn’t get that opening partnership going this time round.
Rayudu and Dhoni strung together a healthy partnership but they weren’t able to keep the asking rate under check.
And just as Rayudu was deciding to tee off, a misunderstanding in the middle meant that he was run-out.
CSK now require 17 off the last over and fans would be hoping that Dhoni can take him them over the line.
Dhoni though is battling a back injury and thus KXIP would back Mohit Sharma to defend it, but while Dhoni is still there, anything is possible.
