Rohit Sharma is not a normal batsman.

He has now scored his third double century in ODI cricket.

His wife Ritika was in tears!

This was their second wedding anniversary as well.

What a marvelous knock from Rohit Sharma. The Mumbai batsman has long been considered as one of the most talented batsmen of his generation.

But after years of inconsistency, Rohit finally came off age in 2013 when he had a terrific series against Australia.

That series is also remembered because Rohit scored his first double century in ODI cricket at Bangalore.

He repeated that a year later when on his comeback match he scored a record 264 against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens.

And now he has done it for a third time as Rohit scored 208 off 153 balls in a must-win match against Sri Lanka.

In only his second match as the Indian captain, Rohit started off slowly but then went into overdrive as his second hundred came in just 35 balls.

This is beyond the realms of normal batsmanship, as we just need to bow down to the genius of Rohit Sharma!
