Watch:Yuzvendra Chahal asks Martin Guptill to repeat Hindi slur in a video

Watch: Yuzvendra Chahal asks Martin Guptill in a video he posted online; Newzealand batsman called Chahal ‘G**ndu’ after the second T20I

The joke between Yuzvendra Chahal and Martin Guptill continues as the latter called the Indian spinner ‘G**ndu’ after India won the 2nd T20I against Newzealand on Sunday.

Although Guptill’s intentions were in a light-hearted manner, his words became a sensation on the internet as Indian fans heavily enjoyed the video which went viral, in which he called Chahal, a g**ndu.

To settle the score with Guptill, Chahal decided to take on the Kiwi batsman, as in the hotel, the 29-years-old spinner urges Guptill to repeat the words he said on Sunday, while he was recording the video.

Guptill, this time, is visibly embarrassed by the ruckus he caused due to his mistake and tries to sidetrack the issue, despite Chahal pestering him time and again. A Twitter user shared the video, which the Indian leggie shared on his Instagram story.

In the video, Guptill refuses to repeat it and replies to Chahal that he knows what he called him on that day. Yet, Chahal was seen to be persistent on his demands.

India won both T20I matches with ease, with KL Rahula and Shreyas Iyer showing sensational form and making India lead by 2-0 in the 3-match long T20I series.

Moreover, exceptional bowling by all the bowlers with a tough conditioned pitch propelled Newzealand to crumble easily and allow India to chase a comparatively easy target in the 2nd match.

The men in blue will next play their 3rd match of the series against Newzealand in the Seddon Park in Hamilton. India just needs a win out of the next three matches to secure the series.
