Alexis Sanchez put up another disappointing performance against PSG and a Man Utd staff member clearly wasn’t happy.

Manchester United suffered their first defeat under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer against PSG at Old Trafford earlier this week.

PSG took a 2-0 lead in the tie as they outclassed the host side in the first leg of the round-of-16 clash.

United faced another setback as they will travel to Paris without Paul Pogba, as he was red-carded in the later stages of the game.

Alexis Sanchez failed to deliver for the side again and the opinions about his performances are turning increasingly negative from inside the club. According to Express, a staff member of Manchester United expressed his anger over Solskjaer bringing on the player.

Man Utd staff member on Alexis Sanchez:

The Express states that a staff member of the club wasn’t happy with Solskjaer bringing on the Chilean attacker.

According to the report, the staff member slated the footballer for his performance after the game.

“Everyone thought when Sanchez came on ‘oh f*** no’ because he’s just s**** these days,” he said.

“Ole [Gunnar Solskjaer] has to get rid if he gets the job. Nobody wants him there.”

He further stated that Sanchez is an isolated figure and “fans don’t like him.”

“The fans don’t like him, especially when he signed he kicked Anthony Martial out of the team.

“And he never seems to have any friends, he’s on his own. Just a giant f****** mess.”

Earlier, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also criticised Alexis for his performance against PSG.

“I can’t do anything about Alexis Sanchez,” Solskjaer said. “When he plays he needs to find himself because we know there’s a quality player there.”

The Chilean winger made 15 passes since coming on as a substitute for Jesse Lingard at halftime. This was his only stat in the game where the number was above 0.
