The wait for WWE Draft 2023 is almost over because the dates have been officially announced. The event will start on April 28th, 2023, on SmackDown and end on May 1st, 2023, on RAW. According to Triple H, this year’s edition is going to be a game-changer. With WWE’s Chief Content Officer making such a big statement, fans wonder what big changes are coming. There are concerns about whether WWE Draft 2023 will be the end of factions like Judgment Day.
Xero News, through its recent report, shed light on the plans WWE has for the upcoming draft. It discussed the future of factions like The Bloodline, Judgment Day, and Imperium after WWE Draft 2023. The report also talked about the possible main roster call-ups that could take place this year.
Is WWE going to split “Judgment Day” with the help of Draft 2023?
Well, the answer is NO, according to Xero News. The report assures fans that WWE has no plans of splitting Judgment Day after the 2023 Draft. Team breakups are possible, but that won’t be happening to major factions like Street Profits, and New Day. In fact, the “Maximum Male Models” group is also reportedly staying together after the draft.
However, fans might see the dominant faction of Monday Night RAW switching brands. Xero News noted that Judgment Day is considered to move to SmackDown after WWE Draft 2023. Though as of now, nothing can be considered a for-sure plan.
The report also asserted that Imperium (Gunther with IC title) might go to RAW after the draft. As a matter of fact, Austin Theory, with his US Title, could move to SmackDown. However, Roman Reigns, alongside his entire Bloodline, is reported to stay on the blue brand.
As far as The Tribal Chief versus The American Nightmare [part 2] is concerned, Xero News believes WWE will keep that away through the draft. Besides, there is no report of Cody Rhodes moving to SmackDown which means, he might stay on RAW.

More details about the possible changes that are expected to happen through the draft
Not just about The Bloodline, Judgment Day, and Imperium, the report provided many spoilers about WWE Draft 2023. According to Xero News, the undisputed tag team champs (Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn) might switch brands and move to RAW.
At one point, LA Knight was also reported to join the red brand, but there are no details if that is still in the plans. Xero News further went on to state that around 8 NXT call-ups are also expected to happen in the upcoming draft. Names like Cameron Grimes, Ilja Dragunov, Tyler Bate, and Pretty Deadly might join the main roster.
Nevertheless, the report states that the majority of the draft hasn’t been locked as yet. The only thing that seems for sure, Right Now, is Roman Reigns and The Bloodline staying on SmackDown Live.
