Paul Heyman claims his current run with Roman Reigns will be Hall of Fame worthy

Paul Heyman claims his current run with Roman Reigns will be Hall of Fame worthy on its own and the pair are just getting started.

Paul Heyman has been a constant presence in the WWE for several years now. He is practically worthless inside the ring, off it however, he is one of the best the WWE have ever had. A mic on his hand almost guarantees you a segment you will rewatch countless times.

Many believe that he has already achieved what is a Hall of Fame worthy career. A fan brought this to his attention. A surprisingly humble Heyman thanked the fan for their kind words but went right back to character and declared that his storyline with Roman Reigns would be a Hall of a Fame run.

“While I appreciate your kind (and very accurate) words, the #HallOfFame can wait. This tenure with @WWERomanReigns , all by itself, will be a #HOF run, and we’re just getting started,” he wrote.

Roman has long been groomed as the future face of the company. This has resulted in the promotion hesitating to turn him heel for several years. In 2020 however, the trigger was finally pulled and the world saw a different side of him.

Standing opposite to Heyman for several years, they finally stood side by side as Roman pursued his dreams of becoming the most important aspect of the show. The first step was to gain the Universal Championship, the second has been to keep it by any means.

Unlike his relationship with Brock however, Heyman has a very interesting pairing with the tribal chief. Heyman is not Roman’s mouthpiece. He is neither his equal nor his friend. Rather, he is at his mercy. Heyman fears Roman and is at hic beck and call if and when he needs him to do his dirty backstage string pulling.

Archie is a WWE and UFC Editor/Author at the SportsRush. Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
