Current AEW star Saraya made history in WWE as ‘Paige’ when she won the Divas Championship at 21 years of age in WWE. She made her debut in 2014 on the main roster. As a youngster, Saraya made the Guinness World Record after she became the youngest Divas Champion in history. The British female wrestler had a great run in WWE colliding with top stars such as AJ Lee, Bella Twins, and Sasha Banks.
Apart from the highs, Saraya has also had a rough couple of years dealing with depression when her s*x tapes were leaked online. The leaked s*x tapes featured former WWE superstar Brad Maddox and now-active superstar Xavier Woods.
The trio was seen engaging in a s*xual act while being filmed. The incident took a toll on Saraya’s mental health and WWE career as she failed a drug test and suffered from a career-threatening injury.
Saraya shuts down a troll on Twitter
The 30-year-old wrestler had spoken volumes about what she had to deal with when her sex tapes were unearthed online. In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, she explained how her family was supportive when she needed them following the incident but, people would say mean things to her in public.
Saraya recalled when once she was sitting in a bar with her friends and some strangers asked her for a picture. After Saraya told them to wait, they left her Saraya scarred verbally by bringing up her past.
“I remember one time sitting in a bar with my friends, and someone asked for a picture,” she said. “I asked them if we could do it after I’d finished eating and he said ‘I only want it cause you’re a f***ing porn star’.”
Shocked by the statement they made, Saraya ran to the bathroom and started sobbing. A lot of time has passed and Saraya’s wounds have healed. However, recently a troll on Twitter tried to reopen the old wounds by asking her “when is your next adult movie coming out”.
The AEW star’s reply put the troll in his place.

Saraya says AEW gives her the freedom that she wants
Despite having a fruitful run in WWE, Saraya jumped ship to AEW earlier this year. It’s important to note that she did not burn the bridge with her former company and ended things on good terms.
Later in the interview, Saraya stated that she loved her stay in WWE and that she has no reason to bad mouth the company. However, she still decided to join AEW because of the company’s work culture.

According to her, Tony Khan has been an accommodative boss.
“Tony Khan made it so easy for me.
“He said that I can make the rules and do what I want to do as long as I show up for work, I love that.” She stated.
At AEW Full Gear PPV, Saraya made her triumphant return after defeating Britt Baker.
