Everton are one of the busier members of the transfer window this summer in the Premier League. The Toffees have had a managerial change. Newly appointed coach Marco Silva is looking to add his stamp onto the Everton side having taking over the club’s reigns from Sam Allardyce. The former Watford boss already has a fantastic attack to his disposal but wants to build a reliable and strong defence.
To satisfy the requirement, the 41 year old already signed Lucas Digne from Barcelona. Having arrived last week, the French left back spoke about his conversation with Yerry Mina at the presentation. He said how he was trying to convince the Colombian to join him at Everton. The Goodison Park outfit is extremely keen on providing competition to the likes of Michael Keane and Phil Jagielka, and thus is considering a move for the 23 year old.
Yerry Mina has already spoken about his unhappiness at Barcelona. Since signing for the Catalans in January, his playing time has been limited.
