Yuvraj Singh takes a swipe at Shoaib Akhtar on Twitter

Yuvraj’s image as the ‘prankster’ in the Indian team has been well established, with multiple cricketers coming forth to describe the antics that Yuvraj pulls off in the dressing room and sometimes on the field too.

Another such incident took place on Twitter today when Yuvraj Singh came up a hilarious reply to Shoaib Akhtar’s tweet.

Akhtar and Yuvi share a good bond, having played hard against each other during their playing days, but with Akhtar now retired, the duo often indulge in fun activities off the field.

Shoaib Akhtar today posted a motivational quote on his Twitter handle, meaning to inspire a few people, but little did he know that Yuvraj would take the mickey out of him.

“Only hard work can lead you to your dreams. #Shoaibakhtar #quoteoftheday #hardwork #dreams #nevergiveup #Rawalpindiexpress,” tweeted Shoaib Akhtar.

Rawalpindi express also stressed the virtual importance of hard work. He added further saying that only hard work can help the ones to live their dreams.

In addition to that, he came up with a picture message that read, “Don’t be afraid to be ambitious about your goals. Hard work never stops. Neither should your dreams.”

In that particular picture, Shoaib Akhtar was dressed up in a completely different costume to his customary one and was seen holding a safety helmet with a pair of welding gloves.

Yuvraj Singh found something funny in Shoaib’s tweet as he said, “Oh ta theek hai payan tusi welding karan kithe chale ho.” meaning ‘Where is Shoaib Akhtar going with a welding gun?’.
