Twitter reactions as Marin beats PV Sindhu in the Singapore Open !
The much awaited third installment of their rivalry took place today as PV Sindhu and Marin faced each other in the Singapore Open Super Series. Sindhu had won their last match as they met in the India Open final. But the Spaniard was victorious today as Marin beats PV Sindhu in the Singapore Open.
Sindhu was confident heading into the match as she had just recently beaten Marin in New Delhi. Marin on the other hand wanted to prove that the India Open result was an accident as she started off the match in a very aggressive manner.
Marin took control of the match right from the off as Sindhu struggled to keep up with Marin’s pace and movement. Marin took the first game quite comfortably as she got into her stride really quickly.
Sindhu tried to get into the match as she started well in the second game. But Marin was in no mood to relax as she quickly got into her groove and took apart Sindhu with relative ease as she beat the Indian quite easily.
