Royal Challengers Bangalore set to change name and logo: The IPL franchise are pondering over a new name and logo reportedly.
Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore have been doing the rounds of late due to their activities across their social media handles.
In addition to removing their display picture and cover picture across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Royal Challengers have also removed all posts from their Instagram handle.

While their handle still remains “royalchallengersbangalore” on Facebook and Instagram, they are currently using the username “royalchallengers” on Twitter.

Royal Challengers Bangalore set to change name and logo
If some reports are to be believed, RCB are pondering at changing their name and logo ahead of the next season of the tournament slated to begin in the last week of March.

While there is no information on their expected new logo, it is further reported that their name will be renamed from Royal Challengers ‘Bangalore’ to Royal Challengers ‘Bengaluru’. The same will be reflected across their social media handles from February 16.

Led by India captain Virat Kohli, Royal Challengers are among the three IPL franchises (Delhi Capitals and Kings XI Punjab being the other two) who have played the tournament since its inaugural season but are yet to lift their maiden title.
