Harsh Goenka comes up with a new name for MS Dhoni
Harsh Goenka has been in the news this IPL for all the wrong reasons. He has time and again been called out on Twitter for vandalising MS Dhoni. Goenka produced on outrage on social media during the initial stages of this year’s IPL, while commenting on Smith’s brilliant hundred, saying that RPS made a wonderful decision to replace MS Dhoni at the helm of affairs.
This did not bode well with the Dhoni fanatics, who made sure Goenka felt their wrath.

He later went on to omit Dhoni from the list of match winners that the RPS side possessed, which again caused a lot of fury on social media and Dhoni fans made sure that Goenka felt that fury head on.
Goenka was also guilty of pointing out Dhoni’s low strike rate on Twitter. And though it was factual, people felt that Goenka was going a little overboard with his Dhoni obsession.

Dhoni though, in his ever so calm self, kept things straight, he concentrate on answering his critics on the pitch, helping his side win two games all on his own. His utility as a keeper was also brought to the fore on many occasions, as he used his unconventional style to pluck something from thin air(on multiple occasions).
With the IPL coming to an end, Goenka has tried to appease Dhoni fans by likening thr Dhoni-Smith pair to that of Jai and Veeru(and even Laurel and Hardy).
The Jai-Veeu friendship is probably the most celebrated one in Indian pop culture, and with this tweet of his Goenka was probably trying to indicate the kind of bond that Smith and Dhoni have forged over the course of this IPL.

Although it was sad that the Dhoni-Smith pair couldn’t take RPS over the line in the IPL final, the fans would be thrilled to have seen these two cricketing stalwarts working together to help a franchise achieve its goals.
