“The Phoenix Suns don’t care about the organization, Golden State do”: Kelly Oubre denounces Robert Sarver
Kelly Oubre goes off on Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver, saying Sarver does not care about the Suns organization.
The Golden State Warriors suffered a major setback to their 2020-21 NA season plans this past week. With Klay Thompson tearing his Achilles tendon, the Warriors’ chances of reaching the top of the Western Conference are got slim.

This was of course a shot at the Phoenix Suns who he played for in the 2019-20 season. He averaged nearly 19 points and 6.4 rebounds throughout the season.
He also expressed his excitement to play for the Warriors saying, “Who’s better to learn from than Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.” He also said he wanted to play for Steve Kerr, calling him a “legend”.
In regards to the Suns trading him, Oubre had no comment directly addressing it. The Suns felt as though they could do without Oubre as they entered the NBA Bubble without him, and still went 8-0.
