Steve Smith injury update: The Australian batsman was seen leaving the Adelaide Oval after a suspected injury to his back.
Having arrived at the Adelaide Oval to train ahead of the first Test of the ongoing India’s tour of Australia, Australia batsman Steve Smith was seen returning back to the dressing room to surprise one and all.
With the hosts already struggling due to respective injuries to multiple players, someone of Smith’s stature adding to the list of injured players will become a significant blow to Australia a couple of days before a pink-ball Test match.

Steve Smith injury update
Smith, who initially entered the field for warm-ups and some fielding, returned back to the dressing room alongside the Australian physio after only 10 minutes.
