How Much Did Britt Reid Have to Drink?
After the crash, Reid admitted to officers that he had two to three drinks before the crash. The accident took place near the Kansas City Chiefs’ practice facility on interstate 435.
After the crash, cops arrived at the scene and could smell alcohol on Reid’s breath. They also noticed that Reid’s eyes were bloodshot, and eventually Britt Reid confessed to having a few drinks.

Details of the Crash
Luckily for everyone involved, there were no deaths. The crash was deadly as it involved multiple cars and took place on a fast-moving highway.
While driving on the interstate at around 9 p.m., a truck had pulled over because it had run out of gas. Another car, had stopped to assist the truck driver.
Britt Reid rammed into both vehicles resulting in the crash. In the car, there were two kids involved as well, one of which suffered life-threatening injuries. Updates remain to be published, but for now, everyone’s thoughts and prayers are with all the people involved.
This crash may have some implications on the upcoming Super Bowl. Head Coach Andy Reid may be very emotional and vulnerable at the moment, and so the crash could affect his mindset. However, he hasn’t changed his travel plans and he still will attend the Super Bowl.
If there were any questions about whether or not Head Coach Andy Reid will travel to Tampa, I was told he will get on the plane today and coach in Sunday’s game per sources.
