“Maxi Kleber can’t shoot, can’t dribble”: Boban Marjanovic hilariously roasts Mavericks teammate after being asked who he’d like on his team if he was the GM
Mavericks star Boban Marjanovic announces that he intends to become a GM after his playing career, makes a hilarious comment about Maxi Kleber.
Boban Marjanovic is unsurprisingly a beloved figure in the NBA community. The 7’4” giant has always been a fun person to be around off the court according to NBA players. His antics are only now starting to be put in the spotlight, making fans love him that much more.
Recently though, the Dallas Mavericks’ center has made a very interesting announcement, before of course reverting back to his comedic side. Let’s dive into it.
We found out earlier about the bonding and friendship between Tobias Harris and Boban. It has now transformed into talk about Boban and his new best mate – one Luka Doncic.
The Mavericks seem to have given their team chemistry a real boost by signing the big man.
“Maxi no shoot, no dribbling”: Boban Marjanovic talks about the players he would want to have as a GM
In an interview with Maxi Kleber and Luka Doncic, Boban Marjanovic was asked why he wanted to be a GM. This is what he had to say.
“Because I want to make this team perfect on the court. I want to make this (like) lego to put together.”
Luka Doncic then asked Marjanovic if he would put him and Maxi Kleber in the team. Something the giant responded to hilariously.
“Yeah of course…for Maxi, no shoot, no dribbling.”

Boban Marjanovic of course went on to clarify it was a joke, and gave Kleber a pat on the back. And it’s a good thing too since the player is shooting 45.1% from three for the season.
Still, it would definitely be fun to see Marjanovic as a real NBA GM. But only time will tell whether or not this ends up happening.
