“I literally got traded for you and a first rounder”: Larry Nance Jr. and Channing Frye have a hilarious Twitter exchange
A healthy Friday night Twitter feud broke out between Larry Nance Jr. and Channing Frye, resulting in wholesome fun for all.
With the All-Star break here, there has not been a game in two days. Obviously, that means there would be discussions about other things. One of the hottest topics of discussion in the NBA community as of now is the upcoming trade deadline. With the shorter format, and starting the season late, the league pushed the deadline till March 25th this year.
Larry Nance Jr. has been the center of a lot of potential trade assumptions. However, this is not really amusing him much, and he let it get known through a tweet.
Hope everyone is having a happy Friday….. except those people that keep putting me in their mock trades

There have been quite a few title contenders making calls and inquiring about Nance Jr, including the Celtics, Sixers, and a few more.
Channing Frye takes a cheap shot at Larry Nance Jr., gets a fitting reply
Looking at Nance Jr’s tweet, Channing Frye could not stop himself from taking a shot. He quoted the tweet, and said, “I wouldn’t trade you for two broken shoelaces and a booger.”

To this, Nance brought up a piece from the past. Back in 2018, Larry Nance Jr. was traded from the Lakers for Channing Frye and a first-round pick. He made sure to mention the same, and potentially win this banter.
I literally got traded for you and a first round pick lol

In the end, Frye, who retired in 2018, admitted he had forgotten about that trade. He replied with a hilarious gif, and laid down his arms.
I literally forgot about that lol https://t.co/feENHpXEfB pic.twitter.com/gQbLXCy73i

While other teams do keep making offers for Nance Jr, the Cavs have repeatedly told the teams he is not available. Nance has also claimed multiple times he wants to retire a Cavalier, just like his father.
