Dota 2 Singapore Major: Check out the Teams, Prize Pool, Schedule, Format and all the latest details. The first DPC Major of the year 2021 is right around the corner, and the excitement is high. In this article, you can find all the latest details regarding the ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, presented by PGL.

There is less than 15 days to go for the first Dota 2 DPC Major of the year. Eighteen of the best Dota 2 teams from across the world will be participating in it. This is also the first Dota 2 event that will be happening offline since the Coronavirus induced pandemic.

In this article, you can find all the latest details regarding the ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021. Below, you can find a list of the teams participating from each region, the format of the Major, the schedule and also the prize pool the teams will be competing for.

📢 It’s official! The first Major of the Dota Pro Circuit 2021 will be held in Singapore.

The ONE Esports Dota 2 Singapore Major Presented by PGL takes place on March 27, and will be the first-ever Major streamed in glorious 4K 60 fps!

Dota 2 Singapore Major Details

Schedule

The tournament will be taking place between March 27th and April 4th.

A total of 18 teams will be taking part in the Singapore Major. These teams have qualified from the regional leagues which just got over.

Format

For the first two days, 6 wildcard teams will play in Bo2s, and only two teams will qualify to the Group Stage. The Group Stage will take place over the next 2 days, March 29 & 30. Out of 8 teams, 2 will qualify for the playoffs while the rest will go to the lower bracket. In the playoffs, from March 31st, the 12 remaining teams will compete to win the Grand Finals.

Prize Pool

The prize pool consists of a whopping $500,000 USD,  and apart from that, there are 2700 DPC points up for grabs. The winners will take home $200,000.
