“No, I’m better” – Fernando Alonso insists he is greater than other champions Hamilton, Vettel, and Raikkonen
“No, I’m better” – Fernando Alonso shows off youthful arrogance by claiming he is STILL better than the other champions on the grid Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Kimi Raikkonen.
This year’s Formula 1 grid is the most exciting in over a decade, with four champions jostling for even more greatness. Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen, Sebastian Vettel, and Lewis Hamilton form a quartet like no other.
Here’s a stat: These four legends have won 14 of the last 16 championships. I hope Jenson Button and Nico Rosberg read this and join back the grid as well. Button anyway is going to be in the paddock this season but as senior advisor to struggling Williams.
Just realised in 2012 we had 6 world champions, Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso, Button, Raikkonen and Schumacher.
That’s insane

Fernando Alonso > Hamilton/Raikkonen/Vettel?
Alonso is excited to be welcomed by his fellow champions on his return to the grid. The Alpine driver also expressed excitement with young talents like Verstappen, Russell, Leclerc, Norris joining the grid. His greatest rival’s son Mick Schumacher has also joined the fray, as the reigning F2 champion.
But Fernando Alonso being Fernando Alonso, considers himself to be greater than all the others.
“No, I’m better.”
“There are some young, talented guys who have been showing great performance in the junior categories, and then we still have the champions.
“They were here two years ago with Lewis, Sebastian, Kimi, Verstappen – even if he is one of the younger generations, he has raced at the top level for four or five years. I think we have a very competitive grid and it will be a challenge to beat everyone on track.”
