“Kwame Brown will not be alone”: Jason Whitlock lambasts Stephen A Smith for his pointless lowlights video of the former Lakers forward

Kwame Brown has the backing of Jason Whitlock in his crusade to expose Stephen A Smith and other ‘sports analysts’.

As the Kwame issue comes to light in  front of more and more men, mainstream media has found it increasingly tougher to turn a blind eye towards him. Brown has an unmistakeable appeal to a huge demographic in the country. His words and mannerisms are extremely relatable.

As a result, Brown is generating a tidal wave of support in his mission to expose talking heads across networks. And this is something that should be extremely worrying for Stephen A Smith. The ESPN show host did, after all, piggyback off his rants on Kwame to land his current gig.

Meanwhile, Jason Whitlock is a journalist from the other end of spectrum. His contrarian, southern black conservative trope fits perfectly in line with Kwame’s line of thinking. It was only a matter of time before Whitlock jumped on this bandwagon.

Jason Whitlock praises Kwame Brown for bringing new discourse into the culture

Whitlock was on a platform hosted by another conservative journalist in Glenn Beck yesterday. He didn’t shy away from delving right into the Kwame Brown issue when it was brought up:

“Kwame’s unpacking these bigger ideas that are about changing this very negative culture that has been defined for black people and that we’ve embraced. And black people are loving it.”

“He’s not being called an Uncle Tom, a coon, not being called a sellout. They’re saying ‘Yeah, we know someone to say this and represent this in the way we believe.'”

Kwame, meanwhile has already posted two very to-the-point rebuttals of Stephen A’s lowlights video. He claims that he can corroborate every lowlight clip from that video with his injury history.

It is quite damning that Stephen A Smith, who considers himself a sports analyst, actually asked other analysts to do the heavy lifting for him in a man-to-man confrontation. It’s quite indicative of his run-by-narrative journalism and mindset.
