“Klay Thompson lied and said he got in a fight at the club”: When Draymond Green hilariously exposed his Warriors teammate’s cover story for getting a black eye
Warriors star Draymond Green did an AMA session with Bleacher Report, where he talks about Klay Thompson and much more
Even though the Golden State Warriors are done for the season, Draymond Green isn’t. He has been keeping busy and has been everywhere. Green made his way back to Inside the NBA studios, where he took up the mantle of player-analyst yet again. Draymond was a fan favorite when he took up the gig during the Bubble. Considering that factor, Green was invited again for this postseason.
Apart from being on Inside the NBA, Green has been very active on Twitter as well. Recently, he made his way to Bleacher Report, where he hosted his own Ask Me Anything(AMA) session. There were a lot of questions asked, a lot of anecdotes shared, and overall a gala of a time.
Draymond Green reveals his favorite Klay Thompson moment
Klay and Draymond have played for almost a decade together and have won three titles together. One would expect Draymond Green to have a lot of memories with Klay Thompson.
When a fan asked Draymond to share his favorite Klay memory, it was a championship or something that happened on the court. It was something so Klay.
In a hotel in Miami, he ran into a wall and busted his eye open with stitches. He tried to lie to us and get his friend to lie and say he got into a fight at the club. When you’re leaving the club in Miami, you’re not always sober and he tried to tell us he got into a fight.

There was a lot more interesting content to come out of the AMA session. With Klay Thompson making a healthy recovery, the 2021-22 Warriors should be a fun team to look out for.
