“Lando was unharmed but he is understandably shaken”– McLaren superstar got mugged in Wembley during Euro 2020 Final
“Lando was unharmed but he is understandably shaken”– McLaren star got mugged in Wembley as reported by team’s press statement.
Euro 2020 final in Wembley definitely gave a bad image to England, and according to the records, around 49 arrests for a variety of offences during and following the European grand finale were made.
Amidst this, even Lando Norris became a victim, as according to McLaren’s recent statement, he was robbed, in which he lost his customized Richard Mille watch.
“McLaren Racing can confirm that Lando Norris was involved in an incident, after the Euro 2020 final match at Wembley, during which the watch he was wearing was taken.”
“Thankfully, Lando was unharmed but he is understandably shaken. The team is supporting Lando and we are sure that racing fans will join us in wishing him all the best for the British Grand Prix this weekend.”
“As this is now a police matter we cannot comment further.”
Highly expensive Richard Mille watch
The sources reveal that Norris’ watch was not any other usual watch, but a highly branded Richard Mille watch, and apparently, it costs around $100,000, since it was custom made in the blue and orange colours of McLaren.
After attending the Euro 2020 Final at Wembley last night, Lando Norris was robbed while getting into his McLaren GT.
He was left “unharmed,” but his $100,000 custom Richard Mille watch was stolen.

Moreover, in the black market, it could soar up even higher, since it was once worn by Norris. Meanwhile, according to BBC Journalist Christian Hewgill, he contacted Norris and the Briton appeared to be in full spirits.
I spoke to Lando today. He was in great form. His usual lively, chatty self with bags of enthusiasm. Had no idea he’d been through this hours before.
Huge respect @LandoNorris. A class act on and off track.
What a depressing situation. https://t.co/i2YWV9szdf

Though Hewgill had no idea that Norris went through all this a few hours before their phone call.
