“76ers want a James Harden-esque return for Ben Simmons”: Adrian Wojnarowski reveals massive news on the rest of the NBA’s feelings about Philadelphia’s demands
Adrian Wojnarowski reveals what an NBA General Manager had to say about the 76ers’ demands for Ben Simmons
Ben Simmons really went from one of the best players in the NBA to a player very few competitive franchises want on their roster. Oh, how quickly times change.
This fall from grace is obviously sad. However, there is no one to blame here, but the 76ers star himself. His utter lack of a jump shot is one thing, but after his confidence was gone, so was most of his value as a player.
After his disastrous performances, his value has predictably plummeted within the NBA. But, according to a recent report, apparently, Daryl Morey and his crew don’t agree with that statement at all, despite being the ones looking to trade him.
Let’s get into it.
Adrian Wojnarowski reveals some serious insider information about the 76ers’ valuation of Ben Simmons
Are you really a fan of the NBA if you don’t know who Adrian Wojnarowski is?
This man has made a career out of delivering reports as quick as Steph Curry’s shot release, and as accurate as the same player on a wide-open look from three. Simply put, he is the best in the reporting game. And recently, like many times before, he revealed some massive news about Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers. Take a look at the tweet below.

If wishful thinking had a team right now, it would easily be the one in Philadelphia.
To be fair here, James Harden has his own woes in the playoffs. However, the Nets star has never stooped to the level of being a borderline liability for his team when it matters most.
Granted there are 4 years left on his contract. But, if the franchise really wants to offload Ben Simmons, perhaps a lowering of expectations could go a long way this offseason.
