“Twitter should suspend your account for this”: Dwyane Wade hilariously calls out fan for not knowing that Michael Jordan is his favorite player
Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade gives a hilarious response to a fan’s question on Twitter
Calling Dwyane Wade’s career an accomplished one would be an understatement beyond words.
By the final buzzer of his NBA career, the Heat legend had accumulated 13 All-Star selections, A scoring championship, 8 All-NBA selections, 3 All-Defensive selections, An All-Star MVP, a Finals MVP, and of course, 3 NBA Championships.
Even now, his journey with the NBA is far from over, with Wade now being a minority owner for the Utah Jazz. But, before all of this, before his retirement, before he became a legend, a champion, before he got drafted, he was simply a fan of the NBA, who grew up in Chicago.
To many of us, it’d be obvious who Wade’s favorite player was growing up. But for this fan, it seems it wasn’t quite as easy to tell. And the Heat legend hilariously punished him for it.
Let’s get into it.

“Twitter should suspend your account for asking this”: Dwyane Wade was having none of this fan on Twitter
If it hasn’t become apparent to you already, Dwyane Wade’s favorite player growing up was Chicago Bulls legend, Michael Jordan. Frankly, if you grew up in the city of Chicago in the ’90s, there was really only one player who was eligible to be your favorite.
But, it seems this simple fact didn’t occur to the fan. And in response to his innocent question, Dwyane Wade had a little roast lined up. Take a look at the tweet below.

We do feel a bit sorry for the fan. At the end of the day, he probably didn’t know about the star growing up in Chicago.
Still, if you’re going to ask a former NBA superstar a question, you need to do your research. Otherwise, you’re only inviting being roasted on social media.
But hey, at least we got a little chuckle out of it.
