“England is just having fun”: Shoaib Akhtar mocks Pakistan saying England far ahead of them in Test cricket
It would be an understatement to say that England have rattled Pakistan in the ongoing three-match Test series. With the visitors set to whitewash the hosts 3-0 tomorrow morning, it will the first-ever instance of Pakistan getting whitewashed in a home Test series.
Bundled out for 216 in 74.5 overs in their second innings on Day 3, Pakistan handed a 167-run target in front of an unforgiving English side. Had it not been for bad light in the third session, England would have sealed the chased today itself especially after scoring 112/2 in 17 overs before Stumps.

Needing only 55 runs to win their fifth Test in a row, expect batter Ben Duckett and captain Ben Stokes to complete the formality within an hour on Day 4 until Pakistan register a possibly impossible miraculous comeback. Leading England for the 11th time in Test cricket, Stokes will witness them winning on the ninth occasion to further strengthen his mind-boggling Test captaincy record.
Shoaib Akhtar mocks Pakistan saying England far ahead of them in Test cricket
Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar took to social media platform Twitter to mock the Pakistani cricket team for a virtual “No Show” at the National Stadium.
Much like the cricketing fraternity across the globe, Akhtar was neutral enough to notice the visibly vast difference between the two teams. The sheer fearlessness and immense faith in their ultra-attacking abilities has witnessed England playing an out of the ordinary brand of Test cricket this year.
Frankly speaking, Akhtar was right in his judgement that England were having fun in the evening session for they promoted debutant Rehan Ahmed to No. 3 in a Test run-chase after looking to seal the chase in the same session in spite of two more days remaining in the match.
England is just having fun with it now. Just showing off how far ahead of us they are.

In all honesty, the manner in which England are playing under Stokes and head coach Brendon McCullum, difference between them and other teams is likely to wider considering how they are not only defeating teams but also humiliating them.
