Shaquille O’Neal, Who Once Paid a $25,000 Restaurant Bill, Did it Again at a Sandwich Shop on Christmas Eve!
Shaquille O’Neal likes to give back but is he doing so with an ulterior motive? Does he want the townsfolk to know he is going to be living there? Or is it just an act of kindness?
To be fair, answering those questions might take some time, however, Shaq does things for just the sake of doing it. We know this. He once paid off an entire restaurant’s bill, $25,000, in fact, just because he liked the food.
So, nothing was going to stop him when he was in Houston, where he recently brought a house, to pay off the bills at a sandwich shop.

So, rumor mills are that Shaquille O’Neal might be living in Texas. For the time being that is. There is no guarantee that the move is permanent, however, all signs point toward that, but more on that later.
Shaq looked like he was in the mood for a sandwich, so he made his way over to Kenny and Ziggy’s New York Delicatessen in Houston. The restaurant’s official Facebook page posted a picture of O’Neal with a staff. They also claimed that he loved the food. We don’t doubt that.
Later they would state that Shaquille also paid for everyone in the Schmooze Room, their large private dining area. This is not the first time Shaq has shown up in Texas.

O’Neal is looking to expand his Big Chicken business across Texas
One of the primary reasons he has been visiting Texas frequently is that he is looking to expand his Big Chicken empire. The idea is to branch out to 50 locations all across Texas, with Houston getting the first one.
He has also purchased a new house in Houston. His son, Shaqir O’Neal also studies in Texas. So there might just be more than one reason for his visit.
Or maybe he likes the hospitality so much that he is looking to live there? Who knows, it’s Shaq, he can do anything!
