MS Dhoni joined by team mates at the NCA

Apart from Siddharth Kaul and Shardul Thakur who were already present at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore, three other Indian players have joined MS Dhoni for training.

As Dhoni only plays the limited overs format now, he has to train extra hard. The veteran retired from test cricket in 2013 and since then he has only been playing in the IPL and in the Limited overs format in international cricket.

The IPL is over for a while and Dhoni is back to working on his fitness. He has started spending quite a lot of time in the gym now and is also working on his technique ahead of the challenging tour of UK at the NCA where he was spotted in the nets.

Manish Pandey, Yuzvendra Chahal and Sandeep Sharma have joined MS Dhoni for practice at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. Dhoni was earlier seen practicing all by his own but few of his teammates have now joined him.

Manish Pandey who is part of the Indian T20 squad practiced hitting the ball as MS Dhoni looked on. After the session was over, Dhoni gave some valuable tips to Pandey.  Sandeep Sharma was also seeing measuring his bowling run up as Dhoni and Pandey faceed him in turns.

The physio of the Indian team Patrick Farhart was also spotted on the ground but he later went inside the dressing room.

While it is a hectic season for the limited-over players ahead of the World Cup as there will be a lot of white ball cricket, players like Ravi Jadeja, Ashwin, Cheteshwar Pujara and Murali Vijay who only play the Test format can have some time off before the five match Test series against England.
