Jacques Villeneuve and Michael Schumacher competed against one another in plenty of title-deciding championship fights. Moreover, it was the 1997 season when it all boiled down.

The Canadian driver is watching Lewis Hamilton for a very long time. After his eventual retirement from the sport, Hamilton came into the picture and won plenty of world championships.

Another event in which Villeneuve’s teammate Damon Hill when Schumacher crashed into him yet won the championship. Instances with Rubens Barrichello cannot be hidden either.

According to the 1997 World champion, there are no statistics or data required for him to make the decision. It was sheer track performances that led to him making this conclusion.
