BCCI’s official website still shows MS Dhoni as Indian captain
The official website of BCCI still hasn’t updated Virat Kohli as the new Indian captain as MS Dhoni still remains the captain as per the website.
Call it the love for Dhoni or lazy approach, MS Dhoni still remains the captain of the Indian team on the official BCCI website.
One is straight away reminded of the time when Virat Kohli call led Dhoni his perpetual captain after Dhoni quit captaincy. Kohli said that Dhoni may not officially be the captain of the team anymore but he will always remain his skipper.

Dhoni has had a prolific career and deserves every accolade possible. Although he has been struggling with his form in the recent times, he is a legend and will bounce back in style.
Virat Kohli on the other hand, has had a terrific run as Indian captain. The series loss against England was only the first time India lost an ODI series under his captaincy.
Dhoni is one of the greatest cricketers that India has ever produced. He has recently completed 10000 runs in ODI and has various records as a wicketkeeper as well.
Chances are rife that MS Dhoni may decide to hang is boots from international cricket after the 2019 World Cup. This will mark the end of a prolific career that has seen India win the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 World Cup, the 2013 Champions Trophy and reach the number one ranking in test matches under Dhoni’s captaincy.
