Indian cricketers react on IAF Air Strike

Indian cricketers react on IAF Air Strike: A lot of Indian cricketers took to Twitter to congratulate IAF for their air strike on Pakistan.

IAF (Indian Air Force) jets crossed the Line of Control and attacked the ‘biggest training camp of Jaish-e-Mohammad’ in Balakote region. The strike took place at 3.30 am, the sources said.

It is believed that several Mirage 2000 aircraft dropped 1,000 kg bombs on terrorist camps across the LoC. If sources are to be believed, terrorist launchpads in Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad were completely destroyed and that Jaish-e-Mohammed control rooms were also destroyed during the strikes.

The attacks have come as an aftermath of the unfortunate Pulwama attacks which had happened on February 14. The Indian formidable Indian response has seen the end of approximately 300 terrorists.

“On February 14, 2019, a suicide terror attack was conducted by Jaish-e-Mohammad in Kashmir. The JeM has been active in Pakistan for the last two decades. This organisation [JeM] which has been proscribed by the United Nations has been responsible for a series of terror attacks including the attack on Parliament in 2001,” foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale was quoted as saying.

Several former and current Indian cricketers including Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Suresh Raina, Ajinkya Rahane and others also took to social media platform Twitter to celebrate the attacks on the terrorist group.
