Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal are both greats of the NBA. Yes, that isn’t exactly news, and we’re sure reading it hasn’t shined the light of enlightenment on you just yet. However, it is important to mention for the subject matter we’re about to dive into, in case anyone had any doubts.
Both these players had some of the performances of their lives in the playoffs. But, while Shaquille O’Neal has 4 whole rings to show for it, 3 of them coming as part of a dominant three-peat with the Lakers, Charles Barkley has nothing… or does he?
You see, Jimmy Butler’s recent insane showing in game 4 against the Bucks brought up a list of the highest-scoring performances in playoff history. And let’s just say, Charles Barkley massively enjoyed his leg up over a fellow employee.

To be fair to Shaq, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to bring up Chuck’s lack of rings as opposed to his own. However, it appears that the man seems to be improving, growing up even. Who knows, maybe that’s what hip replacement does to you.

Shaquille O’Neal’s highest-scoring playoff game is a bit surprising. You see, as unbelievable as it is, the man never had a single 50-point game in the postseason. No, his highest point total during the most important time of the year was 46. Unquestionably amazing. But given his reputation, unquestionably leaves you desiring just a little more.
