Is De’Aaron Fox Playing Tonight vs Warriors?: Kings Star’s Injury Update Sends Worrying Shivers Ahead of Stephen Curry Matchup
De’Aaron Fox and the Sacramento Kings are up against it now. This series may have moved to San Francisco, with the Kings holding fast to a 2-0 series lead. But now, when they return back to Sacramento, it will be with it being tied at 2-2. In other words, the two teams are even once again, but now Stephen Curry and the Dubs now have some serious momentum behind them.
If the Kings are to survive this Warriors’ thunderstorm, De’Aaron Fox’s presence will be beyond necessary. And yet, it isn’t one that can be guaranteed.
You see, in game 4, Fox seemed to suffer an injury, something he played through at the time. But as you’d expect, after the adrenaline wore off, the pain took center stage, immediately bringing his participation into serious doubt.
It has now been some time since the initial discovery of the injury. Have there been any updates on the man’s injury since?
ESPN reveals De’Aaron Fox’s injury update ahead of pivotal game 5 against Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors
Stephen Curry and his team were never going to be easy to play against in a playoff series. However, even by fans’ high expectations, this franchise has gone above and beyond. So yes, without De’Aaron Fox, winning game 5 would be a task akin to holding up the Earth.

Fortunately, as per ESPN, there is a chance that the man appears against the Warriors tonight. It is very likely that this means Fox intends to play through the pain of his fractured index finger since it is near-impossible for him to have made a full recovery already. And while that is admirable, the Kings will be hoping he doesn’t overdo it here. Otherwise, this little ailment could turn into something far, far worse very soon.
That said, as of now, the man has been labeled as ‘questionable’ to play in game 5 against the Golden State Warriors.
What did De’Aaron Fox record in game 4 against the Warriors?
In 40 minutes, De’Aaron Fox recorded 38 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal while shooting 45.2% from the field, and 36.4% from beyond the arc.
