Is De’Aaron Fox Playing Tonight vs Warriors?: Kings Star’s Injury Update Ahead of Do-Or-Die Game 6 Against Stephen Curry
De’Aaron Fox is going beyond is doing absolutely everything that is humanely possible against the Dubs. And yet, his Sacramento Kings are now looking at elimination from the playoffs in 6 games, from just the first round. To prevent that, the franchise needs to win. And to win, the presence of Fox, even an injured one, is of tantamount importance. And yet, there are dangers here. Clearly, the Kings man isn’t at his best at the moment. In fact, there is visible discomfort in his game at the moment. Still, can he find a way to participate in game 6 against Stephen Curry and the Warriors? Or will he finally give himself time to recover on the sidelines?
De’Aaron Fox’s injury has magically not worsened
For those unaware, De’Aaron Fox was suffering from a broken left index finger, something that he forcefully played through in game 5. And given how heavy his role is with the Kings, many feared that his injury could possibly be a lot worse than what it was earlier. And yet, this tweet by John Dickinson tells a completely different story. Take a look.
Kings guard De’Aaron Fox wasn’t listed on Sacramento Kings injury report ahead of tomorrow’s Game 6 vs. Warriors.

Frankly, this can mean one of two things. The first one is that De’Aaron Fox’s finger has found a way to heal, despite the heavy load being put on it, so it doesn’t feel as bad anymore. Or the other, this is the star’s way of saying this isn’t an injury he is going to be paying any mind to, no matter how bad it gets.
For the sake of the player himself, we very much hope it is the former, rather than the latter. And no matter which scenario is true, we hope the man can continue to stay even relatively healthy. Something tells us, he wants that more than anything else at the moment.
What did De’Aaron Fox record during game 5 against Stephen Curry and the Warriors?
In 42 minutes of game time, De’Aaron Fox recorded 24 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block. Additionally, the man shot 9 of 25 from the field (36%), and 3 of 10 from beyond the arc (30%).
