Lewis Hamilton Recently Reshared a Hilarious Image from Roscoe’s Account: ‘A Goat and Some Guy Named Messi’
Lewis Hamilton has recently reshared a hilarious post from Roscoe’s Instagram account involving seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi. The Argentine captain scripted history at the FIFA World Cup 2022 last year when he won the one trophy that was remaining from his trophy cabinet.
Soon after Messi won the World Cup, several of his ecstatic fans reshared images of him kissing the trophy. A Hamilton fan has recently reshared this iconic moment but this time they have hilariously switched the World Cup trophy with Hamilton’s dog, Roscoe.
And alongside that image, they also gave it a hilarious caption that read, “The goat and some guy named Messi“. This caption refers to Roscoe as the ‘GOAT‘ and Messi as some ordinary individual.
Hamilton recently congratulated Messi for winning the Laureus Sports award
Lewis Hamilton is one of the most respectful sportspersons in the world and he has always been kind enough to congratulate others that deserve praise for their accomplishments. The 38-year-old recently congratulated Lionel Messi after the Argentine football team captain also won the Laureus Sportsman of the Year award.

Messi was undoubtedly the favorite to win the award this year after he led his national side to the all-important FIFA World Cup 2022 trophy. This was the second time the 35-year-old won this honor, having shared it once with Hamilton back in 2020.
Lewis Hamilton has a disappointing start to his 2023 season
Lewis Hamilton has had a below-par start to the 2023 season as he is currently fourth in the championship standings. Barring an outstanding second-place finish in Australia, the 38-year-old has failed to finish on the podium in any of his other races. Hamilton has so far had two other fifth and two other sixth-place finishes.
Consequently of these results, he has scored 56 points. While he is 16 points clear of his Mercedes teammate George Russell, Hamilton is already a whopping 63 points behind championship leader Max Verstappen.
Considering how the start of the season has been for the seven-time world champion, it seems likely that he will have to wait longer before he can pose a real challenge for a potential record-breaking eighth title.
