“Not Over Until Stephen Curry Retires”: GSW Fans Warn NBA Community to Not Discard Warriors Dynasty After Humbling Loss to Lakers
The Golden State Warriors suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Los Angeles Lakers last night. A 4-2 series defeat to LeBron James and Co. sent Stephen Curry and the Dubs out of the Playoffs. And, in turn, has led to many questions. In particular, is the Warriors dynasty finally over? Well, the Warriors faithful say otherwise and they took to Twitter to let their feelings be known.
With the off-season close at hand, Golden State has a lot to think about. One of these things is the future of their aging squad. Draymond Green could possibly hit free agency and both Steph and Klay are inching toward the wrong side of 30.
Nevertheless, while the rest of the league feels things are over, Dubs fans around the world refuse to accept it. In fact, the general consensus is that the dynasty will continue to stand tall until and unless Curry retires.
Warriors fans are adamant that the Warriors dynasty will continue as long as Stephen Curry is active
Last night, saw the reigning champions, the Golden State Warriors make a second-round exit from the Playoffs. LeBron James and the Lakers proved to be too much for Stephen Curry and the Dubs.
However, a second-round defeat isn’t the only thing they have come away with. Many experts and fans alike believe that the loss now seals the Warriors’ fate as a finished dynasty. With an aging squad and free agency looming, Golden State might choose to switch things up.
That being said, Dub Nation refuses to acknowledge such a statement. In fact, some enthusiastic fans have taken to Twitter to warn the wider NBA community. The Warriors Dynasty isn’t over, at least not until Steph retires from the game of basketball.

A strong response from the fans. But, a lot can change over the summer. For all we know, we may not be looking at the same dynasty come the 2023-2024 season.
What will the Warriors do next year?
Dreams of a never-ending dynasty are all well and good, but the Warriors may be in for a much harsher reality. With Draymond Green out of contract and the need for fresh blood to be injected, the Dubs have a lot to do before the start of next season. One thing is for sure, it will be interesting to see just what things look like in the Chase Center before the start of next season.
The utmost respect between greats of the game.

Will Draymond still be a Warrior? What can the Warriors do to improve the squad around Steph? Can they return to championship form? All of this will need to be addressed by the front office.
