And perhaps the biggest part of that is his 2011 investment in Liverpool, which was originally worth $6,500,000. Because of this, the King often tries to make it seem like he is an avid fan of the sport of soccer, even if it is a complete lie. And on one occasion, that came back to bite him hard on the behind, bringing back perhaps the most popular NBA meme of all time.

However, this assertion raised eyebrows and led to skepticism.
