Stephen A Smith Backtracks on His Kim Kardashian Comment After Patrick Beverley Call-Out: “Clerical Error Bro!”

The NBA offseason is hitting all of us, and it is driving every fan crazy. In fact, as it turns out, it’s not just limited to the fans. Stephen A Smith has been discussing NBA on his show First Take every weekday morning. However, when it comes to his podcast, The Stephen A. Smith Show, the veteran analyst has been resorting to various topics, which included Kim Kardashian today. However, his tweet promoting the same did not look good out of context, which ended up with Smith getting called out by Patrick Beverley for the same.

As of late, Stephen A Smith talks about various topics on his podcast, from NBA to NFL, to other sports and sometimes real-world issues. Today, he picked up the topic of Kim Kardashian and promoted his ‘live stream’ with this now-deleted tweet.

Stephen A Smith backtracks after Patrick Beverley calls him out

Recently, Candace Owens spoke on her show about Kim Kardashian and Ray J, and went as far as to call her a ‘prost*tute’ and her mom Kris Jenner a ‘pimp.’ Stephen A Smith discussed the same on his show as well.

However, the tweet promoting that show was not phrased well. It was captioned,

“Is Kim Kardashian a “prost*tute”?
Is Kris Jenner a “pimp”?”

Patrick Beverley called out Smith for the same. He talked about how it was not cool to talk about Kim that way.

Smith backtracked on his original tweet and put out a clarification saying,

“Clerical error bro… I don’t think of @KimKardashian that way nor would I ever speak of her or any woman that way, which I’ve stated.”

While his tweet now may say what it does, however, the initial tweet did what it was intended to. It got the viewers in and people talking about the same.

Smith had a hilarious take on the Kim K-Tom Brady ‘rumor’

Recently, rumor mill had word that there is a spark abuzz between Kim Kardashian and 7x Superbowl winner Tom Brady. As expected, Stephen A decided he needed to talk about the same, and he did. He complimented Kim’s looks, then went on to talk about Brady’s ex Gisele.

After all of his ‘analysis’, Smith went on to approve of the relationship.

From the way he talked about Kim K earlier, we can see that he didn’t mean what he’d written in the tweet. However, being the senior media personality that he is, SAS needs to be a little more careful about what he’s putting out.
