Roman Reigns: Shane McMahon announces a match against the Big Dog at WWE Super Showdown. The two will face each other two weeks from now.

Roman Reigns walked in to the ring as the second wildcard on the May 20 2019 episode of Raw. He was interrupted by Shane McMahon before he could say a word though. The self-proclaimed best world in the world, informed the audience that he was done with The Miz. He announced that he would now redirect all of his attention to Roman. He criticized Reigns for punching his father, Vince McMahon, terming the act, heinous and despicable. Hypocritically ignoring the fact that he had literally done the same thing to Miz’s father back at Wrestlemania.

Roman challenged the SmackDown commissioner to enter the ring and settle matters. Shane however, refused. He said that his body was still recovering from the hell he went through yesterday against The Miz inside a steel cage. He also reminded Roman that he was the boss and like other rich kids, he controlled his destiny. Instead he named his replacement in Drew McIntyre before announcing that he would take on Roman at the upcoming WWE Super Showdown.

He mocked Roman and said that the last thing the Big Dog would hear when he wakes up is the announcement that Shane won their match. Roman in his rebuttal offered a spoiler alert. He said that McMahon would say he just got his ass kicked by Roman Reigns, like everybody else.

WWE Super Showdown will air live from the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Friday, June 7 as part of the 10-year partnership with the Saudi General Sports Authority. The Saudi Event will stream live on the WWE Network.
