WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray thinks Impact Wrestling should be furious with Kenny Omega for how he treats their world championship
Bully Ray took to twitter to express his dissapointment with AEW’s treatment of the Impact World title. He wrote:
“If I’m management or owners of Impact Wrestling … I’d be fkn fuming that their World Heavyweight Championship was being carried out by Naka-nobody and not at least over the shoulder of Omega. Perception is reality.”

AEW is clearly be the bigger promotion of the two. However, there is truth in what Bully Ray says. Sure Omega’s involvement with Impact may bring in viewers for the short term. However, what reason do these viewers have to stay once Omega leaves, espescially when Impact is always presented as being several tiers below AEW.
This also affects AEW’s prospects. By presenting themselves as vastly superior to Impact, there was no meaning or value for them in Omega winning their World Championship because it was a foregone conclusion befoere the event had even taken place.
