All summer, Alvaro Morata was linked to an exit from Real Madrid, with both Chelsea and Manchester United being interested in his services.
But things suddenly changed when Morata has seemingly decided to leave Real Madrid for Italian giants AC Milan.
Under new ownership, AC Milan have showed tremendous ambition in the transfer market, having already snapped up some of the brightest young players from around Europe.
But Morata’s wages proved to be the biggest stumbling block as the club was unable to fulfill the striker’s demands.

Now that his move to Italy fell through, Morata has restarted his move to Chelsea.
According to reports, Morata has agreed his move to Stamford Bridge and will join the club in the coming days. The striker will be a huge coup for the English champions, as they were in dire need of a striker.
Costa’s time in London is seemingly done while Aguero’s move to Chelsea also fell through. So Conte would be relieved to see that he has finally signed a player.
