Experienced left-handed batsmen Yuvraj Singh and Shikhar Dhawan have been named in a 15-man India squad for the upcoming three-match series.

The Board of Control for Cricket India has finally settled the payment to star cricketer Yuvraj Singh worth INR 3 crore which was pending for close to 19 months. It is learnt that Yuvraj Singh kept on contacting BCCI(the richest board in the world) for all of these 19 months to get the payment done.

It has been learnt that even Yuvraj Singh’s mother, Shabnam Singh had requested the Board to pay her son the desired amount.

Apart from Yuvraj Singh’s dues, BCCI announced a good news on their official website on Saturday that the other cricketers who are expecting their payments will get paid sooner or later. Yuvraj Singh received a handsome amount last month under the category of “Loss of Player Fees for IPL 2016.”

Yuvraj Singh picked up an injury in India during the 2016 ICC World T20 tourney. Plagued by an infamous injury that got a tad severe, Yuvraj was kept at bay during the early part of the IPL, due to which he missed 7 games for his franchise, Sunrisers Hyderabad

Yuvraj Singh who had earlier found it extremely difficult to clear the Yo-Yo test, finally cleared it earlier this week, to make a case for his comeback into the national team. His score of 16.3 was well beyond the cut off score. Having not flexed his muscles for some time, he just needs some games in the domestic circuit in order to make a comeback into the Indian team.
